Upon arrival, we were met with a staff member playing the Nintendo switch. He had to pause the game to check us into the hotel and issue the key cards. The room was nice and spacious. Impressed with the cleanliness, comfy beds, the mini fridge and counter space. Location was good, right across the street was a steakhouse and few other places to eat. Gas was also conveniently located nearby. Breakfast was nice and simple. Recommended !

Our team came to the hotel for a wrestling tournament. The property is spectacular, our room was perfect. Checkin was quick and easy. However, the breakfast could be a lot better. Had to inform the front desk that they were out of coffee a half hour in, then found mold on the bagels. The juice was watery. Whatever, still planned to leave a nice review. Our last night a few of us parents decided to hang out in the lobby everything was great front desk super fun and friendly. Once shift change the night lady decide to be super rude and sarcastic to us. Talking about “I run a tight ship” we did absolutely nothing wrong. Nowhere did we see that the lobby closed at a certain time yet she insisting we get out of the lobby as if our presence was bothering her. Considering the hotel was booked out because of the wrestling teams I would expect a lot better hospitality ESPECIALLY from a Hilton hotel. Customer service is everything.

Great location with a movie theater next door and Texas Roadhouse on the other side of the hotel. There's also a Old Chicago across the parking lot to go drink at until 1am. Nice hotel, I had a great time going to the movies and dinner and drinks. The only problem I had was the TV kept shutting itself off and it always goes to a preset channel, I didn't like that at all.

This place is a sparkly clean. The building is new and dishes are clean. We wish there's views of the Rocky mountains but there's none. There is no lotion. Breakfast is okay. Front desk staff, Michael was not as friendly but no big deal. There is a washing machine and dryer for $0.75 each

Must stay here when visiting Fort Collins or Northern Colorado! It is well worth it!!! Best hotel in Fort Collins by far! Best staff, the GM Zeke is the most professional, friendly and down right amazing person! His staff is by far the best in the industry and in Colorado. Must stay!’n

Been here for 4 days and three nights so far love it. Rooms are clean and staff is very attentive to my needs. Nice finding fresh linens upon returning each day

The hotel itself was ok for the price. The room needed a better cleaning, as there was trash in the ice bucket from a previous guest. When trying to check-out, the front desk attendant, Lamar, decided it was story time between himself and the person in front of me. I have no issue with people having a conversation, but read the room and dont keep another guest waiting because you want to talk about your country adventures
